Do I get to keep the sign?
No, you do not keep the sign. Our service provides you with a customized arrangement of premium quality graphics at a great price for your special occasions. The cost of these high-quality graphics would often be prohibitive for just a single event.
What areas do you service?
We set up in Lexington, Georgetown, Versailles, Midway & Nicholasville, Kentucky. We can also set up in Frankfort depending on the location

When are the signs setup?
Day of Event Set-Ups: Signs are setup in the morning hours between 8am -11am and they will be picked up the following morning.
Night Before Set-Ups: Signs are setup in the evening hours betwee 8pm midnight & picked up the following evening.
We can not provide a specific time for arrival, as we place & pickup signs in the best order for that particular night.
How much does it cost to rent a sign?

Do you take last minute orders?
Yes! If we have the availability and the inventory we can do same day and next day orders.

How long will the sign stay in my yard?
All standard orders include 24 hours of sign display.
We do offer additional days if you'd like to keep the sign for an extended period of time (if we have the availability).
*We can not guarantee an exact delivery or pickup time, as it varies from day to day depending on the location of other signs & time spent at the location
Do I need to be there for set up or take down?
Nope! You simply place the order with us, pay your invoice, and we handle the rest! You are free to let us know your preference for yard placement, but we try to place our signs in a highly visible area with the best footing for the sign to look fantastic.
What if it rains or we have severe weather? Are your greetings waterproof?
Yes, our signs are waterproof! We will even set up in the rain, as long as there is NO lighting! Occasionally severe weather will prevent us from setting up entirely or leaving the setup up. In the event we have to cancel or change the timing of your greeting, you will be notified in as advance as possible.
Can the greetings be used indoors? Or only outside?
We do offer indoor setups! Indoor setups are great for fundraisers, events, concerts, photo booths, etc. Visit our pricing (javascript:void(0))page for information on indoor setups.
Can I setup or take down the sign myself?
We do not allow anyone other than our staff to set up, move, or take down signs.
